Guilty Trailer: Kiara Advani's Film Goes Deeper Than Her Grunge Look, Promises A Thrilling Drama

Kiara Advani is full of surprises and if you had any doubts about her acting chops, you are ready to be proved wrong yet again as the trailer of Netflix’s Guilty dropped. The actress has not only nailed the grunge look which we saw in the first poster of the Netflix film but has also brought to life a thriller in this trailer which intriguing to say the least.

The trailer acquaints you with a friends group from St. Martin’s College in which Nanki (Kiara) is the only girl. These friends have a band together and Nanki the song writer is dating the lead singer VJ until one night another girl Tanu (played by Akansha Ranjan Kapoor) from the college accuses him of rape.

The matter goes deeper as VJ claims he didn’t rape Tanu and Kiara fights from his side saying he might be rich and privileged but he’s never done anything to show it. Tanu’s battle is to fight the privilege that makes the rich kids in college untouchable.

The drama clearly has an intriguing societal context which will be interesting to see unfold in this Netflix Original. Kiara is nailing the look and the attitude in the film and making us look forward to the film even more.

The film has been produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic the digital wing of his production company Dharma Production. Guilty releases on Netflix on March 6.
