Hema Mailini Showers Praises On Deepika Padukone, Says 'She's Doing The Roles That I'd Have Liked To Do 15-20 Years Ago'

The Padmavaat actress is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival 2019 and slaying it with her fashionable appearances one look at a time. Speaking to Deccan Chronicle Hema showered praises on Deepika saying, "She is no doubt extraordinarily beautiful. And she is the doing the roles that I'd have liked to do 15-20 years ago like Sanjay Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. I see myself in those parts. Also, she is as beautiful inside as outside,"

The 70-year-old actress who launched her biography ‘Beyond The Dream Girl’last year had also invited Deepika as a guest at the launch of the book. Recalling Deepika’s gracious acceptance Hema added, "We had called as chief guest for the release of my biography. She accepted without a moment's hesitation."

Hema Malini had also given Deepika copy of her book adding a sweet note of appreciation for the actress where she handed over to her the baton of artist excellence. We bet Deepika has been appreciated for her work and beauty a million times but such kind words from Bollywood’s very own Dream Girl ought to go in a special list that secretly every actress would aspire to!
