Ever since Manikarnika, Kangana has been on a rampage and has made more explosive statements than some actors do in their whole career. While her spite against Bollywood is constant, there is another thing that has become common in many of her statements - her angst against Alia Bhatt. In the last few months, Kangana has passed quite a few provocative comments on Alia, but instead of starting a fight that would turn into a media circus, Alia has given responses which proved that she has indeed mastered the art of handling Kangana and her mercurial statements. Support For Manikarnika

When Kangana was upset with Alia for not showing support to Manikarnika, despite the fact that she praised her for Raazi, she said, "For me, it was not a Karan Johar film or Alia film, for me, it was a film on Sehmat Khan, the girl who has given her everything to the country. How do these people become so petty? This is a very strange sort of a racket. I don't know what they are threatened by."

Alia’s Response: "Kangana is a strong woman and very outspoken and a fab actress. If she ever needs support, I am sure people will stand up for her but I don't think she gives that feeling that she needs support."

Karan Johar's Stooge

Talking about Alia, Kangana said, "I suggested that she grows some spine and supports an important film about woman empowerment and nationalism...if she doesn’t have a voice of her own and her existence is all about being KJo's (Karan Johar's) puppet then I don’t consider her successful."

Alia's Response: She is a very outspoken person and I admire her for that as well. If I have upset her unintentionally, then I don’t know. Basically, it wasn’t my intention. I didn’t do anything to get a reaction like this.

Kangana: "And what is this thing of calling them young, Ranbir Kapoor is what 37 years old, young kid of the generation and Alia Bhatt just turned 27, my mother had three children at 27. Recently, when asked about competing with Alia's performance in Gully Boy, Kangana said, "I am embarrassed...What is there to beat in ‘Gully Boy’ performance. Same snappy ‘muh phat’ girl. Bollywood’s idea of a fiery girl, woman empowerment and good acting, spare me this embarrassment, please. Media have taken filmy kids love too far. Stop pampering mediocre work or else bar will never be raised."

Alia's Response: "I respect Kangana’s work a lot and I respect her opinion. If she feels a particular way she must have reason to feel that way. I would rather remember how much she had praised me after watching ‘Raazi.’ And I’d just like to focus on my work. Maybe she will appreciate me again if I work hard enough."
