We might know him as someone Janhvi Kapoor has a crush on or someone Karan Johar is ready to pay insane amount to make him say yes to his Bollywood debut or just the guy from the Telugu version of Kabir Singh, Arjun Reddy, but he is probably one actor, irrespective of language, we need to watch out for.

While some of us would know about his acting chops and philosophies of his life, after the roundtable adda that he recently participated in along with Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Manoj Bajpayee, Vijay Sethupathi, and Parvathy, we would know him for mastering the superhuman level of chill that he oozes. His General Attitude

If you have seen him in other interviews, you must have noticed how casually he takes things like these. Dressed in a blazer and bicycle shorts, he even admitted that he came here to listen and not to talk, a claim he lived up to. Forget interjecting when others are talking, he was more than happy when others cut him and lead his conversation. Do not forget, it is Telugu superstar we are talking about.

His Reason For Stalling His Bollywood Debut

When Vijay was posed with this million-dollar question, he gave an answer taking a cue from Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi, he went on to talk about the lack of understanding of cultural nuances. However, he did not forget to mention that it is also the rain and traffic in Mumbai that deters him from working there. Full marks for total honesty!

His Demeanor  When Parvathy Bashed Arjun Reddy

Malayalam actress Parvathy is not only a refined artist but also a proud and very vocal feminist and women activist who is instrumental in forming the Women In Cinema Collective in the Malayalam film industry. It was evident that at some point the issue of Arjun Reddy glorifying misogyny with both her and VD in the room. As expected, Parvathy, with a lot of grace put forward her argument and instead of flying off the hook or hijacking the scene in defense of his film, Vijay calmly sat there listening to her point and then, when asked to speak, came up with his own answer. With any other actor, things could have got tense but not our ‘rowdy’ hero!

His Attitude Towards Social Media

When you are talking to modern-day actors, the topic of social media is bound to arise. Stars generally have a template answer about how they love connecting to their fans on a personal level and how they handle their own social media handles. However, Vijay had no qualms admitting that he is on social media simply because he does not know any other way to reach so many people in such a short amount of time. He also clarified that his friends handle his account for him and he cannot wait to get off it.
