    Hrithik Roshan Splurges Nearly Rs. 100 Crores For Two Apartments With An Uninterrupted View Of The Arabian Sea

    Hrithik Roshan has shelled out nearly Rs. 100 crores to purchase two sprawling apartments with an uninterrupted view of the Arabian Sea on the Juhu Versova link road in Mumbai. The Krrish actor sealed this hefty deal on Thursday according to Mumbai Mirror report.

    The Bollywood star is now the owner of a two-floor penthouse apartment and the floor right below it in a newly constructed building called Manat. The actor is likely to integrate the two floors spread across 38,000 sq ft. The property comes with a sprawling terrace of 6,500 ft. and an exclusive lift. Additionally, the actor will get 10 parking spaces in the building’s garage.


    The deal according to Mumbai Mirror was sealed at a whopping price of Rs. 97.50 crores. Hrithik has reportedly paid Rs. 67.5 crores for the top floor duplex spread over the 15 and 16th floor and another Rs. 30 crores for the apartment below it on the 14th floor. Additionally, the Super 30 star paid Rs. 1.95 crores for the registration of the two apartments.

    The building is still under construction so it might be a while before the actor is able to move into this new home. In June 2020 the actor had rented an apartment Juhu’s Prime Beach building for Rs 8.25 lakh per month.
