Hrithik Roshan had been off the big screen for over 2 years. Post the release of Kaabil in January  2017, the actor was busy with shoots but none of the films had released. So when Hrithik was back, once again on the big-screen with Super 30, the excitement shared by fans was palpable. The film, based on the life of Anand Kumar saw Hrithik in a never-seen-before avatar. Super 30 has already entered the 100 crore club and it isn’t stopping its success there.

Well, the film had first been made tax-free in Bihar, the state that Anand Kumar belongs to. That was just the beginning. After that, the film was made tax-free in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Now, people of Gujarat can also see Super 30 at lower rates, because it will now run Tax-free in the state.

This comes as a happy news for Hrithik Roshan, who seems to have put a lot of effort to step into Anand Kumar’s shoes. In fact, talking about the success of Super 30, he has said that the emotions are same as what he felt when Kaho Na Pyaar Hai released. Super 30 was earlier supposed to release on 26th July, but Hrithik and the team decided to prepone it so as to avoid a clash with Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer Judgementall Hai Kya and so that the actor could avoid the ‘circus’. Seems like it worked in Hrithik’s favour completely, isn’t it?

Hrithilk Roshan will next be seen in the action thriller War, alongside Tiger Shroff. The film will release on 2nd October, 2019.
