Ibrahim Ali Khan Debuted Playing Young Saif Ali Khan In Tashan, Did You Spot Him In The Movie? Check Out These Pictures

Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is already three films old and one of the popular next-generation actress in Bollywood. Sara’s debut though has also started talks about her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan debut in the movies even though he is still 19 years old. What many might not know is that Ibrahim faced the cameras for a film much before Sara did in his dad’s film Tashan.

To be fair you are not to be blamed if you have forgotten about the film altogether, but as it completes 12 years since of its release today here’s something interesting that might not have caught your eye. Ibrahim played the younger version of Saif’s character Jimmy. The star kid was all of 7 years old when the film released and he appeared in the film in the first few minutes itself as Saif introduced his character while drowning locked inside a car in the movie.

He even had a dialogue in the film where he adorably says, ‘Bull***t, double bull***t with a cherry on top.”

In 2017, Saif recalled Ibrahim’s debut in an interview with Hindustan Times and said, "Ibrahim already thinks that he is an actor because he did Tashan (2008) before Sara in Kedarnath. However, he was upset when the film didn't work (laugh). But he is a very good boy, all our children and friend's children want to join acting profession as it as an attractive profession with respect, money, affluence and a certain amount of privilege. But how many are interested in acting that I don't know. Sara who has a degree from the London School Of Economics wants to act in films but her lifestyle shows how she got affected with acting profession."

Ibrahim Ali Khan looks much like his father as a grown-up and has become quite a head-turner on social media. He, however, seems more on cricket at the moment like his grandfather Tiger Pataudi. In the coming years, perhaps the fans would know if he would follow the footsteps of his parents and be an actor. 

Tashan was one of the most anticipated movies of 2008 and one of the biggest flops of the year too but the film certainly has lots of interesting backstories, beginning of Saif and Kareena’s romance being one of them.
