Bollywood has gained notoriety for remaking regional films which invite tons of criticism from the critics and the audiences who point out the dearth of fresh concepts and rampant copying off films from Hollywood and other film industries. The latest regional film which has become the victim of Bollywood is Sairat whose Bollywood version Dhadak is set to hit the theatres this July.

The film will introduce Ishaan Khattar and Jahnvi Kapoor in Bollywood and will feature them in the lead. The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan who has directed Varun Dhawan starrers Humpty Sharma and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
