Is Alia Bhatt Already In Talks With Shakun Batra For Ma Anand Sheela Biopic?

We had reported to you how Ma Anand Sheela really likes the spunk that Alia Bhatt possesses and wants her to portray her on-screen if her biopic is ever made. She also spoke how she had sent a legal notice to Priyanka Chopra and team because she had never been contacted when the actress announced her biopic. Well, does that mean that we would not get to see a biopic on Ma Anand Sheela anytime soon? That might not be true though!

It looks like Alia might be in talks with  Kapoor And Sons director Shakun Batra for the biopic on Ma Anand Sheela. Well, there isn’t any official confirmation though, but looks like this was being hinted at during the Actress’ Roundtable 2019 by critic Rajeev Masand.

During Rajeev Masand’s roundtable, the critic just brushed the topic of how Alia might be in talks with Shakun Batra already for the biopic about the controversial lady. When Rajeev Masand mentioned about the film, she did not accept it, but she did not deny it either!

Well,that is interesting, isn’t? Shakun Batra is busy with a Dharma film that will star Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. Alia, on the other hand, has a number of films at hand like Brahmastra, Gangubai Kathiadwadi, Sadak 2 and Takht.
