Ishaan Khattar Signs Two New Bollywood Films After The Success Of Dhadak?

Ishaan Khatter took a challenging project and won many hearts in his movie debut with Majid Majidi's small budget film, Beyond The Clouds (2017). After his debut film, he was introduced by Karan Johar in a big way with Dhadak (2018) opposite Janhvi Kapoor, which was the Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster, Sairat. 

According to reports, Ishaan has now signed two new films, one of which will be produced by Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar. “The first of the two projects will be officially announced within the next 10 days, while the second film will be announced after two weeks. As for the shooting, Ishaan will commence work on the first venture later this year in the third quarter,” a source revealed to an entertainment portal.

Among the two, one of the films will be Ali's first production venture under his own banner which will be launched soon. Ali will not be directing this film and it's one of his assistants who will handle the direction. As per more details about the casting of this film, the source further reveals that it will be a romantic movie and Ishaan will be starred opposite a newcomer. “The makers of the film are in the process of locking the female lead and the same will be announced in the coming few weeks. As for the film itself, the yet untitled venture will be shot extensively in Mumbai,” the source stated.

Well, this is interesting. All those who were waiting for Ishaan’s upcoming films, now have two projects to look forward to.
