Ismail Darbar Sings 'Lutt Gaye' At Son Zaid Darbar & Gauahar Khan's Sangeet, Netizens Are Thoroughly Confused

Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar enjoyed a series pre wedding festivities with their families before they finally tied the knot today. A video from the sangeet of this newlywed couple has now gone viral where the Darbar family is together singing the heartbreak song of Ismail Darbar from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam ‘Lutt Gaye’ and the netizens are not able to make their peace with the choice of this song.

Music composer Ismail Darbar who took to the stage with his wife and family to sing Lutt Gaye with Gauahar and Zaid on stage has definitely left many people confused since the video from the sangeet surfaced.

While one user asked “Who sings this song on a shaadi?” others were confused whether they were looking a wedding video or a breakup. “Shaadi hai yeh brk up,” someone asked and was backed up by another who wrote, “Shadi hori h ya talaq hora h bhai soch smjh ke to gao.”

The song did not fit the bill for a wedding celebration according to many but is one of Ismail Darbar’s most celebrated compositions in Bollywood. In the film, the song played when Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai’s characters were separated.

For what it’s worth Gauahar and Zaid were enjoying both the song and their family’s company with the Zaid even singing along with his father right behind him.
