    Jacqueline Fernandez in adopting the new normal had returned to work and was recently shooting for a brand when she had a close run in with the deadly coronavirus. The actress in a note shared that she has tested negative for COVID-19 while two others involved in the shoot tested positive.

    The Judwaa 2 actress said that all safety precautions were being followed on set and the shoot has now been postponed. “We have delayed the shoot as safety of the people is of utmost importance. Both the infected members are currently self-isolating and being treated,” she mentioned in her note.

    Informing about her test results the actress added, “The rest of the crew and I have tested negative but are taking all the necessary safety measures and following the guidelines strictly. I would like to thank the BMC officials for all their help and guidance.”

    Jacqueline spent the initial phase of the Covid-19 lockdown with Salman Khan and his family at his farmhouse in Panvel where the two actors also shot for a music video. While the superstar chose to stay there for a longer duration, the actress returned to Mumbai as soon as the lockdown restrictions eased.

    The actress saw her first digital release during the lockdown as well. Her film Mrs. Serial Killer released on Netflix in May but failed to impress many.
