Jaideep Ahlawat Says Paatal Lok Creator Sudeep Sharma Might be Scripting Season 2, Wants To Play Hathiram Again

Jaideep Ahlawat has delivered a stellar performance in Amazon Prime’s new web-series, Paatal Lok. The actor plays the protagonist, Hathi Ram who was being used as a pawn, but decides to fight back and prove his mettle. His performance has been loved by one and all and social media had been lauding him. While the first part did not really end at a cliff-hanger, there are few things that remain unanswered and a season 2 would not be a bad idea at all. When Jaideep Ahlawat was asked about the same, he revealed that there’s every possibility of it!

Talking to Pinkvilla, Jaideep said, “Of course, there’s a possibility. As far as I know, the hint that I have gotten is that Sudip (Sharma, show creator) sir is already working on it [scripting season 2]. I hope it happens and I would love to take the story forward.”

Talking about what the storyline of the next season would be, he revealed that he isn’t sure about it. The actor quipped, “It might be a different case or the continuation of the same case as season 1, I don’t know. But, I would love to play Hathiram again. His involvement has just started. Hathiram has just entered the game. We feel that he will finally start now. Now, things are in his favour.”
