Janhit Mein Jaari: Nushrratt Bharuccha To Play Condom Manufacturing Company Executive, Raaj Shandilyaa Reveals Film Will Now Be Shot In MP

It was sometime last year that director Omung Kumar revealed what his next project would be. Titled Janhit Mein Jaari, the film announced that Nushrrat Bharuccha and Parvail Gulati will play the lead. The film was to be shot in Uttar Pradesh. But now, looking at the current scenario, the base of the film is being shifted to Madhya Pradesh.

This was revealed by none other than Raaj Shandilyaa, who is writing the script of the film. Talking to Mid Day, Raaj said that the film can not be shot in UP due to the current COVID situation and added, “According to the guidelines, we cannot shoot in Uttar Pradesh. The state witnessed a spike in cases, and things may be improving now, but we cannot venture into the state until further notice.” So now, the film will be shot in Chanderi and Bhopal. He added, “It’s a small-town story, so these places serve as ideal locations. We are tweaking the story to suit the new locale.”

In Janhit Mein Jaari, Nushrratt would play an executive in a condom manufacturing company. It was just a few days back that a film was announced where Rakul Preet Singh would play a condom tester. Asked about whether Raaj feels that a similar storyline has come up, he said, “They are different films, and my movie was planned last year.” Well, we are eagerly waiting for this film!
