Janhvi Kapoor Reveals She Once Took A Flight To Vegas After Telling Her Dad She's At A Movie, He Didn't Find Out Until Recently

Janhvi Kapoor was at her candid best during a recent chat with actress Kareena Kapoor Khan on her talk show. The Dhadak actress who shares a close bond with her father confessed how she once lied to him and ran away to Vegas for a quick getaway.

Kareena asked Janhvi one thing that Gen Z should be open to their parents about and that latter stated there should be an open communication about relationships. On being asked what they shouldn’t share with parents, she said, “ I don’t know a big part of your childhood and your youth is to be a little bit of rebel and do things that you’re not supposed to do.”

Sharing an example from her own life she said, “Like yesterday for the first time I told my Dad, that I lied to him. I had told him that I was going for a movie but I took a flight to Vegas from L.A.  And I like roamed around Vegas and I took a flight back in the morning. And he didn’t know. But I think that was the thrill of it and I am not encouraging this kind of behavior but I mean … enjoy yourselves a little bit I guess”

Talking about relationships and making the first move Janhvi said she’s never asked a guy out but has been ‘sly’ and dropped hints to be sure that the other person like her too.
