Jassi Gill On Panga Co-Star Kangana Ranaut: People Usually Ask If She Misbehaved With Me During The Shoot

One of the most awaited films of the year, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial Panga is all set to hit theatres on 24th January 2020. Starring Kangana Ranaut, Jassi Gill, Richa Chadda and Neena Gupta, the sports drama follows the life of a forgotten kabaddi world champion who gets another chance to live her dream. Kangana and Jassi have been busy on a promotional spree for the film and are leaving no stone unturned to make it a success.

In a recent chat with Deccan Chronicle, the Punjabi singer turned actor opened up about his experience of working with Kangana and said, “People usually ask me if Kangana misbehaved with me during the shoot. When I simply tell them that she made me comfortable while shooting scenes with her, people do not trust me. In fact, it was an interesting experience, and I was very comfortable working with her. I also learned so many nuances of acting while watching her act.”

While Kangana will be playing the role of the former kabaddi player, Jassi will portray the character of her on-screen husband who is extremely supportive. Before Panga, he won many hearts with his charming performance in Bollywood debut film Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi opposite Sonakshi Sinha. Are you excited for his second Hindi film?
