Jersey Remake: Shahid Kapoor To Shoot The Final Schedule In November In Mumbai

The Jersey remake is on in full swing. The team had headed to Dehradun to shoot for the film and had wrapped it up just yesterday. The shoot resumed in October and the team maintained a good pace. Now, Shahid would hit the field once again next month, in November, to shoot the final leg of the movie.

After completing the 15 day schedule in the Uttarakhand capital, the team will now shoot the last leg after which the post-production work would begin. While the Dehradun schedule did not see Shahid in the pitch, the Mumbai schedule would have the actor hit the ball in the field. In fact, the actor is practicing already and would continue to do so for a few more days so that he can play the big strokes efficiently.

The film is going to be a remake of the Nani where the protagonist, who is a cricketer, would decide to make a comeback after 20 years to get a jersey for his son. The film is scheduled to release in the first half of 2021. After wrapping up the film, Shahid would most probably start work for a web-series and would then gear up for Shashank Kahitan'a action film, Yoddha.
