Jhund Teaser: Amitabh Bachchan's Team Stands Out Of The Crowd And Is Ready For A Fight; Film To Release On 8 May

Just yesterday the first poster of Amitabh Bachchan starrer Jhund was released online that picked the curiosity of fans. Today the makers dropped in a teaser of the film with Amitabh Bachchan powerful voice ringing out a message that makes the crux of the story based on Nagpur sports teacher Dr. Vijay Barse.

The teaser follows a group of boys walking together who look ready to pick up a fight armed with, bats chains, bricks and in the backdrop Amitabh Bachchan can be heard saying, ‘Jhund nahi kahiye sir, team kahiye, team” (Don’t call it a herd sir, call it a team).

Big B will be playing Vijay Barse in the film who founded the NGO Slum Soccer for the upliftment of underprivileged children though football tournaments. Jhund has been helmed by National Award Winning director Sairat, Nagraj Manjule.

The film went on floors in December 2020 in Nagpur and wrapped up in August 2019. After the release of the film was stalled from September to December 2019, the film was further pushed for a 2020 release and has no fixed its release date for 8 May 2020.

The film also stars Sairat fame Akash Thosar and Rinku Rajguru who are collaborating with Manjule for a second time.
