Jiah Khan's Mother Questions The AIIMS Report In SSR Case, Asks On What Basis They Concluded It Without Proof?

The AIIMS panel delivered their conclusive reports in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Reports suggest that the board has ruled out the possibility of murder in the case. Dr. Sudhir Gupta, the head of the forensic team has reportedly confirmed the same.

Recently, In an Interview with the Republic TV, Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Khan has talked about the case and says that she is frightened and petrified about the entire matter. Rabiya Khan has raised some questions on the AIIMS panel report as the report dismissed the theories of homicide and concluded it as a suicide.

Speaking to the news portal, Rabiya Khan reportedly said that Dr. Sudhir Gupta, the head of the forensic group, has not seen any proof. She questioned then on what grounds the doctor concluded his report. According to her, he should have raised questions in front of the Mumbai Police.

In its conclusive medico-legal opinion to the CBI, the six-member board dismissed the claims of "poisoning and strangling", with Dr. Gupta saying the panel did not find any trace of poison and drugs in the viscera.

Reacting on the same, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said that he was highly perturbed by the AIIMS' medico-legal opinion submitted to the CBI and would request the probe company’s chief to form a fresh forensic team in the case. He also asked how the proficient team can give a conclusive opinion in the absence of the actor's body.

Meanwhile, CBI has cleared their stand stating that the investigation into Sushant’s case is still going on and that they are looking into all angles.
