John Abraham's Satyamev Jayate 2 To Begin Shoot In August, Actor Has Been Giving Inputs On The Script During Lockdown

John Abraham and Milan Milap Zaveri are all set to begin shooting for their second collaboration Stayamev Jayate 2. The pair returns with the sequel of their hit patriotic drama from 2018 but the film’s schedule, however, like all others has been derailed due to the ongoing coronavirus scare.

Milap the director of the film has used this time to finish his script of the film and his been in constant contact with John Abraham for his inputs according to a Mid-Day report. The filmmaker will be taking the project on the floor in August following all government directives with another action-packed story. He has even met John once during the lockdown to discuss the film.

The makers were waiting on John to wrap up his other film Mumbai Saga and once that is out of the way, Satyamev Jayate will be next in line. The film was earlier ready to go on floors in April but it couldn’t happen due to the lockdown.

Milap in the interim says he been taking inputs from John and bouncing off punch lines to him even at 2 am at night and the actor has been a willing participant in the process. The filmmaker has been taking John's suggestions and using them wherever he feels necessary.

Stayamev Jayate 2 was slated to release on Gandhi Jayanti this year, 2 October 2020 but it now seems that’s unlikely to happen.
