Kangana Ranaut Responds To Accusations Of Illegal Construction, Says 'This Is What Fascism Looks Like'

Kangana Ranaut is all set to return to Mumbai today, but a bad news is already waiting for the actress in the city. Her office, Manikarnika Films, has been partially demolished by the BMC. Officials had claimed that there had been illegal construction in the building. They said that she was sent a notice, but failed to reply to it within 24 hours and therefore, the demolition was carried out. Now, Kangana has retorted back.

Taking to Twitter, she wrote, "here is no illegal construction in my house, also government has banned any demolitions in Covid till September 30, Bullywood watch now this is what Fascism looks like #DeathOfDemocracy #KanganaRanaut."

Earlier, she had tweeted about how the officials reached outside her building and even called the 'Babur and his army'.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut's lawyer had filed a plea against the demolition and the hearing was at 12:30 pm. ANI had tweeted, "Kangana Ranaut's lawyer files a plea in High Court against the demolition drive by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) at her property. Hearing to take place at 12.30 pm today."

Bombay High Court has also begun the hearing.

Keep watching the space for more updates on the case. We wonder when what Kangana Ranaut would do after her arrival in the city.
