Kangana Takes Dig At Deepika After Latter’s Name Emerges In Drug Probe; Says ‘Depression Is A Consequence Of Drug Abuse’

In a shocking new development of Narcotics Control Bureau’s investigation, Bollywood’s reigning queen Deepika Padukone’s name has emerged in drug chats from October 2017 in which the actress allegedly asked a certain ‘K’ for ‘maal, hash’. This was revealed after former talent manager Jaya Saha’s Whatsapp chats were recovered during questioning on Monday in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. While buzz suggests that Deepika will soon release an official statement about the same, other reports state that she may be summoned by the NCB for questioning this week. Her manager Karishma Prakash has already been summoned.

Actress Kangana Ranaut, who had earlier called out Deepika for talking about depression right after Sushant’s untimely demise, took to her social media handle last night to take another jibe at the Cocktail actress. Referring to Deepika’s ‘Repeat After Me, You cannot snap out of depression’ post, Kangana tweeted: “Repeat after me, depression is a consequence of drug abuse. So called high society rich star children who claim to be classy and have a good upbringing ask their manager ,” MAAL HAI KYA?” #boycottBollywoodDruggies #DeepikaPadukone.”

It was earlier suggested that Sushant’s girlfriend and actress Rhea Chakraborty had taken Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh’s names during questioning and had alleged that they consume drugs. Well latest buzz is that NCB might soon summon Sara, Rakul, Deepika and Sushant’s Chhichhore co-star Shraddha Kapoor for questioning.
