Kangana Ranaut’s sister and manager, Rangoli Chandel, has been someone who would not have any filters while expressing herself, much like her sister. She had used her Twitter handle to say some of the most controversial things. From name calling other stars (like calling Taapsee a ‘sasti copy’ to calling Karan Johar a ‘pappu’) to writing about her political and religious views, she had done it all. And one such tweet, that went overboard, became the reason for her account suspension from Twitter many out there reported against her.

Now, she has issued a statement on the entire episode and has blamed Twitter for being ‘anti-India’! In her statement, she said, “Twitter is an American platform absolutely biased and anti India, you can make fun of Hindu Gods call Prime Minister and Home Minister terrorists but if you say anything about people pelting stones on health workers and Police forces they suspend your account, I have no desire of empowering any such platforms with my perspective and honest opinions, so I am not reviving my account, I was my sisters spokes person now watch out for her direct interviews, she is a huge star she has many ways of reaching out , a biased platform can be easily avoided.”

The entire controversy was flagged after Rangoli had appealed that the ‘secular media’ and a particular community be shot and also compared herself to a Nazi. Celebs like Reema Kagti, Farah Khan and Kubbra Sait reported against her and urged others to do the same.
