Karan Johar celebrates Father's Day with his 'baby girl' Alia Bhatt: 'My beautiful beginning of being a parent'

Karan Johar enjoying Father’s Day to its fullest and apart from his kids Yash and Roohi, the filmmaker also extended the day’s greeting to actress Alia Bhatt who he launched into Bollywood and considers family.

The filmmaker in his Instagram stories posted a picture with his ‘baby girl’ who was the first to make him feel like a parent. He wrote, “My baby girl!! @aliabhatt ! My beautiful beginning of being a parent! Love you so much,” he wrote with a heart-eye emoji.

In another post, he shared a picture of kids Yash and Roohi who were both wearing t-shirts that read “Happy Father’s Day to the best dad’ with their respective names written below. Captioning the picture of the siblings he wrote in continuation with his post for Alia, “To them I am!! They also don’t have a choice,” with two laughing emoticons.

Karan launched Alia Bhatt into Bollywood with his film Student of the Year in 2012. The movie also marked the debuts of Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan. Karan and Alia forged a special bond and the actress has so far starred in several films produced by Karan. She is a also close to his kids Yash and Roohi.

Earlier in the day Karan had written a post on conscious parenting with pictures of his twins and said how he wants to make kids individuals who without stereotyping based on their gender. He also wishes to teach his kids inclusivity and humanity.
