Kareena Kapoor Khan Returns To Work Post Maternity Break With Celebrity Cooking Show Star Vs Food

One of the most popular and adored actresses of the Hindi film industry, the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor Khan welcomed her second son with husband Saif Ali Khan last month. Ever since, fans have all been eagerly waiting for the couple to unveil his name. While we don’t know how much longer we’ll have to wait, we do have another exciting news for the actress’ fans. Bebo has returned to work today post her maternity break. The beauty will be shooting for an episode of Discovery Plus’s Star Vs Food, an upcoming celebrity cooking show.

In a report shared by Mid Day, a source revealed, “Kareena, who is a self-confessed foodie, was one of the first choices for the show. The actor was excited by the concept and gave her nod to the series. Given the surge in COVID-19 cases in the city, it was unanimously decided that the filming will take place at a location in Bandra, which is only a short distance from her residence. The star and the director have hand-picked a slim crew for the Monday shoot. Every member will undergo the mandatory test well before the camera rolls.”

Before going on a maternity break, Kareena had completed the shoot of her much awaited film Laal Singh Chaddha. Directed by Advait Chandan, the film marks a reunion for Kareena and her 3 Idiots co-stars Aamir Khan and Mona Singh. The comedy drama will hit theatres on Christmas this year.
