Kareena Kapoor Wants To See Kusha Kapila As Geet In Jab We Met 2 After Watching This Hilarious Video; Check It Out

Geet from Jab We Met is one of Kareena Kapoor’s most iconic performances of her career. The 2007 Imtiaz Ali film still remains as popular as ever all thanks to Kareena’s vibrant character.  While over the years several people have tried to emulate Kareena’s Geet from the movie, no one has quite earned the actress’s confidence enough to say that they should be playing Geet in the sequel of the film.

Well, the monumental moment did happen for social media star Kusha Kapila who recently posted a video titled ‘If Geet from Jab We Met was from South Delhi.’ The  content creator did a splendid job in embodying Geet’s sass and confidence impressing Kareena enough to comment, “Petition for remaking Jab we met 2 with @kushakapila,” with a few laughing emojis.

For Kusha this was really a big moment and her reaction came as, “Omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg.”

Kareena wasn’t the only one impressed by Kusha’s video. Jab We Met filmmaker Imtiaz Ali also shared Kusha’s video on his social media.

Jab We Met also featured Shahid Kapoor opposite Kareena Kapoor. The film was their last on screen appearance together before they broke up. The movie’s crazy popularity and Kareena’s ace act also won her a Filmfare Award for Best Actress.
