Kartik Aaryan And Kiara Advani Starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 To Release On Decided Date, Confirm Makers

Almost a month ago when theatres were finally allowed to have 100% occupancy, many filmmakers jumped at the opportunity and announced release dates of their much awaited projects. Amongst other films, Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also made the list. The actors revealed that their film would hit theatres on 19^th November. They resumed shoot and even co-star Tabu joined them on the sets with her personal bio-bubble. Sadly, Kartik tested positive a week ago and the shoot abruptly came to a halt.

While Kiara and director Anees Bazmee tested negative, fans were worried that the horror comedy might see a delay in the release. Well, much to the delight of movie lovers, makers have now announced that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will arrive in theatres on the decided date. In a report shared by Bollywood Hungama, co-producer Bhushan Kumar was quoted saying, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will be coming this year. Our actor has tested positive for Coronavirus, so there is a slight delay. But we will be getting back to shoot soon and will definitely catch the date of November this year.”

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a standalone sequel to Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja and Ameesha Patel’s 2007 horror comedy directed by Priyadarshan. Let’s hope Kartik Aaryan recovers soon and the film makes it to theatres this year. Fingers crossed!
