Kartik Aaryan Keen To Shoot A Quick Light-Hearted Film After Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 And Dostana 2's Delay?

Kartik Aaryan had a covetable lineup of films ahead of him. While he did have a release in 2020, which was a rare thing since the pandemic had hit, quite a few of his films are yet to be shot. These include Dostana 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. However, now the shoot of both the film's have been delayed for different reasons and it seems like Kartik is keen to sign another one in between.

If a report in Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, then Kartik is looking forward to shooting a light-hearted film in the first quarter of the year. A source revealed, “Kartik was supposed to be shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 from end of January till March, however, it has now been delayed to accommodate the dates of Tabu, who played the leading lady in the film. It has now resulted in ample free time in hand for Kartik and hence, he is on the lookout for a quick light hearted film, that can be shot in between February and April within 30 to 40 days.” Dostana 2 was to be shot in April in UK, but now the makers of the film are hunting for a new location since there has been yet another lockdown announced in the country.

Kartik, naturally, seems to be busy reading more scripts. Well, we hope that he does get one that he would love to be a part of, so that we get to see more of him on the screens. Kartik will also be seen in Ram Madhvani's Dhamaka which would be releasing on OTT.
