K.G.F: Chapter 2 Teaser: Birthday Boy & Rocking Star Yash Leaves Us In Awe Once Again; Watch

K.G.F: Chapter 2 was undoubtedly one of the most awaited films of 2020. However, due to the pandemic and the nationwide lockdown, the film had to take a backseat like many other projects. While South superstar Yash will be returning as the protagonist, the antagonist will be portrayed by Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, with an ensemble cast of actors such as Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj in the supporting cast. Well much to the delight of fans, makers dropped the trailer today on 8^th January when the clock struck 12, as a special gift for birthday boy Yash’s fans.

It was definitely worth the wait and has successfully taken the internet by storm in the first few hours itself! The 2 minute 16 second clip of Prashanth Neel’s period action film begins with a message which says, “A promise was once made”, and by the time you reach the end and read the last message “That promise will be kept”, we can guarantee you will have goosebumps. While the short video only shows us glimpses of each character, it does leave us intrigued to see how the story will go forward. Well, other than Yash and Sanju Baba’s deadly entries, that we were eagerly waiting for, one particular scene got us pretty excited-- when Raveena walks in as Ramika Sen, India's Prime Minister in 1981. WOW!

When we finally get to see a glimpse of Yash firing bullets at jeeps in style, a message flashes across our screen which says, “Happy birthday rocking star Yash.” The background score will take your breath away! Well, this is definitely the best surprise that Yash’s fans could have received on his birthday and we can’t wait to see him shine on the big screen again soon! A very happy birthday to the superstar.
