Kiara Advani Calls Herself A ‘Die-Hard Romantic’, Says She Likes To Be 'Pursued' And 'Wooed' Talks About Indoo Ki Jawaani

The gorgeous and incredibly talented Kiara Advani has been winning hearts with back to back hit releases. Not only has she wowed the audience with her powerful performances, but has also proven her versatility as an actress by perfectly portraying vastly different characters in Kabir Singh, Good Newwz and Guilty. While Kiara is currently spending time at home amid the coronavirus lockdown, she will soon be back to shine on the big screen with some of the most-awaited films of the year.

One such interesting script that Kiara has in her kitty is Indoo Ki Jawani. Directed by Abir Sengupta, the coming-of-age comedy follows the life of a girl from Ghaziabad and her misadventures with dating apps. Also featuring Aditya Seal, the film was scheduled to hit theatres on 5^th June. Talking about her character in a chat with Mumbai Mirror, Kiara shared, “I play this small-town girl who is just discovering this online dating app. I can totally relate to her as our idea of love is quite similar.”

When asked if the actress has ever tried her luck at dating apps, Kiara shared that she’s never been on any such app, and now that she is a known celebrity it won’t be convenient. So what is her idea of love? The beauty revealed, “I am old-school when it comes to love. I like to be pursued and wooed, meet someone in more than a digital way. I am a die-hard romantic and believe in true love.”

Other than Indoo Ki Jawani, Kiara will also star in Laxmmi Bomb opposite Akshay Kumar, Shershaah with rumored beau Sidharth Malhotra and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 alongside Kartik Aaryan. Which film are you most excited for?
