Kiara Advani's First Look From Netflix Original Guilty Is Here And We Are Intrigued

With Kabir Singh smashing one box-office record after another, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani seem to be the toast of the town right now. While many have applauded Shahid’s performance in the film as one of his career’s best, Kiara has also received a lot of praises for her portrayal of Preeti.

Kiara already has films like Good News, Laxxmi Bomb, Shershaah and Indoo Ki Jawaani in her kitty, and now she will also be seen in Netflix India’s Guilty. The film would be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment. Interestingly, it was Karan Johar’s bit in Lust Stories that made Kiara an overnight sensation.

The film Guilty would be directed by Ruchi Narain who has previously helmed films like Kal: Yesterday and Tomorrow" and "Hanuman Da' Damdaar" and written screenplays for films like Hazaron Khwahishein Aisi and Calcutta Mail. The story of the film will revolve around a small-town girl who accuses the college heartthrob of rape. The narrative will be seen through the perspective of the guy’s musician girlfriend, which is probably the role Kiara would be playing.
