Kriti Sanon Misses Kartik Aaryan As She Celebrates 1 Year Of Luka Chuppi On The Sets Of Mimi

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon won many hearts with their adorable chemistry and impeccable comic timing in Luka Chuppi. Produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films and directed by Laxman Utekar, the romantic comedy follows the tale of a couple who fall in love and soon start living together. However, their story takes a funny turn when their families assume that they are already married. The film clocks in a year today.

Interestingly, Kriti is currently busy shooting for her next film Mimi, which marks her second collaboration with Luka Chuppi director Laxman Utekar. Today, the actress celebrated the special occasion on the sets and took to her social media handle to share a heartfelt post, mentioning that she misses her co-star Kartik. Kriti wrote: “On #1YearOfLukaChuppi Laxman sir and I are still playing Luka Chuppi, but this time on Mimi’s set! @kartikaaryan you are being missed! So nostalgic to be on a film set with the same director & production on Luka’s anniversary, shooting for yet another super special one! #blessed @laxman.utekar @maddockfilms.”

Mimi, also produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films, is a remake of National Award winning 2011 Marathi drama Mala Aai Vhhaychy! The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Sai Tamhankar in important roles and is slated to hit theatres in July this year.
