Laal Singh Chaddha: Aamir Khan Wraps Up Chandigarh Schedule; Co-Star Mona Singh Shares Pictures From After Party

One of the most awaited films of the year, comedy drama Laal Singh Chaddha is slated to hit theatres on Christmas this year. Featuring Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan and Bollywood’s diva Kareena Kapoor Khan, the film is loosely adapted from the 1994 American drama Forrest Gump and traces historical events through the perspective of a man with low IQ, named Laal Singh Chaddha. It also stars Mona Singh and Vijay Sethupathi in important roles.

When the official announcement of the film was shared, it was revealed that it will be shot in more than 100 different locations in our country. The team has been busy shooting in Chandigarh and wrapped up the schedule recently. Mona shared pictures from the after-party in which Aamir is sporting a very different look than that of his character. He is clean shaven and looks like Phunsukh Wangdu. Directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir and Kiran Rao, Laal Singh Chaddha marks the actor’s third collaboration with Bebo after 3 Idiots and Talaash. Interestingly, Mona had also played a pivotal role in 3 Idiots. Are you excited to see the three together on the big screen again?
