Late Jiah Khan Trends On Twitter As Fans Remember Her On Her Birth Anniversary: We're Praying For Your Justice

Late actress Jiah Khan remained on top of the trends on Twitter on Saturday as her fans remembered on her birthday anniversary. The actress who died in 2013 in her Mumbai-based apartment 2013 would have turned 33 on 20 February.

Jiah’s death took Bollywood by storm in 2013 and her mother Rabiya Khan suspected it was a case of murder. After actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in 2020 and a documentary on Jiah’s death by BBC Jiah’s alleged suicide caught the world’s attention again.

Fans prayed for Jiah and remembered her while seeking justice for her death. Many fans demanding justice for Sushant Singh Rajput also joined in to wishing peace for the departed.

Jiah’s mother Rabiya Khan who claimed that the actress’s death case a case of murder and not suicide pointed fingers at actor Sooraj Pancholi who also finds a mention in the deceased actress’s note. The CBI investigation, however, ruled out murder as a cause of death in 2016. Sooraj was charged with abetment on suicide in 2018 and the case is still ongoing in the matter.

The late actress who made her debut in Bollywood with ram Gopal Verma’s Nishabdh starred in two other film including Aamir Khan’s Ghajini, and Housefull.
