Liger: Vijay Deverakonda paid less money than Mike Tyson is getting for a cameo?

Ever since Liger was announced, fans have been waiting for it expectantly. First, it would have Vijay Deverakonda in a brand new avatar. Then, we have the fresh jodi of Vijay and Ananya Panday. And finally, the makers hit the ball out of the park when they roped in Mike Tyson for a cameo. Now, it is being said that Mike Tyson is being paid more for a cameo than Vijay Deverakonda has been for the entire film!

According to a report in BollywoodLife, 'Iron Mike' will be earning more from the Puri Jagganadh film than leading man Vijay Deverakonda. A source told the portal, "Mike is getting a huge amount, it's a little higher than Vijay's remuneration. The team and Vijay have been thrilled to have him on board and these figures don't matter. At the end of the day, the aim is to create a phenomenal experience for the audience and team Liger is well on their way to delivering that."

Well, that's a great gesture from Vijay Deverakonda. The film is currently being shot in Goa. Apart from Vijay, Ananya, and Mike Tyson, we will also see Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy in prominent roles. The film will simultaneously release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
