    Local Gurudwara Helps Deceased Manmeet Grewal's Wife Reach Punjab Amid Lockdown

    Last week, we reported about SAB TV’s Aadat Se Majboor actor Manmeet Grewal death which left the entire TV industry was shocked. Manmeet who was also a casting director committed suicide on Friday night by hanging himself from a ceiling fan because he was neck-deep in debt and had no funds to repay to his creditors.

    His last rites were conducted and a prayer ritual was carried out at the Khargar Gurudwara for the lost soul.

    Now, Spotboye has reported that the Gurudwara has come forward to help the late actor’s wife to enable her to reach Punjab.

    The local Gurudwara is helping Manmeet's wife to travel amidst the ongoing lockdown along with the deceased actor's close friend, Manjit Singh. The report further adds that the Pradhan Ji of the Gurudwara, Jasvender Singh Sahani is playing a key role to make sure things work out as smoothly as possible for Manmeet's wife.

    Manjit Singh, who happens to be a close friend of Manmeet told Spotboye "I am still here in Kharghar making all the arrangements for her to go back to her hometown in Punjab. But the whole procedure is taking a lot of time as due to the lockdown, flights and trains are not available. She will be travelling by a private car but we are waiting for an NOC and police permissions."
