To Look The Part In Kabir Singh Actor Shahid Kapoor Borrowed Clothes From College Students In Delhi

Shahid Kapoor’s Arjun Reddy remake Kabir Singh is one of the most awaited films of the year and the actor is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that everything about the film is simply perfect. The teaser of the film showed us a more rowdy and scruffy side of the actor which definitely impressed the audiences and now we simply can’t wait for the Kabir Singh to hit the theatres.

Shahid plays a medical student in the film who is a raging alcoholic and to ensure that he got the part right, Shahid spent time with students from a college in Delhi. What is even more astonishing is that he even went on to borrow clothes from the students to look the part. According to a source quoted by Times Now, “Shahid spoke to many students from a Delhi college and since the look was unpolished, he was keen on using clothes from their actual wardrobe to make it more believable.”

We are definitely certain that the students were more than keen on helping Shahid out and lucky are those whose clothes the actor is actually sporting in the film! We’ll definitely know soon enough if the wardrobe help actually aided in Shahid becoming more believable as Kabir Singh.

The trailer of Kabir Singh will release on 13 May and the film will be in theatres on 21 June.
