Lucky Ali's Cancer Tweet Nearly Gave Us A Heart Attack And We Are Still Staring At It In Disbelief

As if Sonali Bendre were not enough, there is another favorite star of ours who is battling cancer. While we were just adjusting with the shock of Sonali Bendre having cancer, singer Lucky Ali also tweeted about cancer.

He tweeted, ‘Dear chemotherapy, you should never be an option..ever.’ Lucky Ali, who has never been a huge fan of grabbing limelight has always maintained a low profile and has tried to steer clear of the Bollywood bonhomie. It is probably for the same reason the people did not know anything about it. However, although his tweet shocked his entire fan base, it is not him that is suffering from cancer, but instead it is his mom who is battling the unfortunate condition

While we are relieved that our favorite singer of the early 2000s is not battling cancer, the fact that his mom has fallen victim to this fatal condition is equally heartbreaking.

On the work front, his last hit song was ‘Safarnama’ from the film Tamasha in 2015 and his last work was ‘Ghar ab Yahi Hai’ from ‘From The Land Of Gandhi’. But in the early 2000s he was one of the most popular singers on the block with hit film songs like ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ from Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and he was also the one who could balance a thriving indie pop career with equally popular albums and songs like ‘O Sanam’ and ‘Gori Tere Aankhein Kaahe’ .
