Luv Ranjan’s next: Ranbir Kapoor shoots house party song with 500 background dancers for the Shraddha Kapoor starrer

Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor is currently busy shooting for Luv Ranjan’s next, which marks his very first film with the gorgeous Shraddha Kapoor. Fans are super excited to see the two shine together on the big screen in this much awaited romantic comedy. While Dimple Kapadia will reportedly play the role of Ranbir’s on-screen mother in this film, filmmaker Boney Kapoor will make his acting debut as the actor’s on-screen father.

Well, according to the latest report shared by ETimes, Ranbir recently wrapped a house party song for the film. He apparently shot the track, choreographed by his friend and dance director Bosco Martis, on a set in Madh Island last weekend. The report further stated, “The highlight of the shoot was the fact that this was probably the first time, after lockdown restrictions were eased, that a song with 500 background dancers was attempted by a film crew.”

Sometime back it was also reported that Ranbir’s girlfriend and actress Alia Bhatt was supposed to shoot a ‘typical Sanjay Leela Bhansali number’ with 200 background dancers for her upcoming biographical crime film Gangubai Kathiawadi. Well, while we look forward to these songs, we are eagerly waiting for Alia and Ranbir to announce the release date of their much-anticipated project Brahmāstra.
