Mahesh Bhatt To Take Legal Action Against Actress Luviena Lodh, Director's Lawyer Issues Statement

Mahesh Bhatt found himself embroiled in yet another controversy when actress Luviena Lodh decided to put up a video calling the director the biggest don operating the film industry. In the video that she shared on her social media, she also claimed that he ruined the lives of those who do not play by his rules. She is married to Sumit Sabharwal who happens to be Bhatt's nephew but has now filed a divorce case. Now, the director's lawyer has released a statement against these allegations.

According to a report in TOI, Mahesh's lawyer has released a statement that reads, “With reference to the video released by one Lavina Lodhi. We, on behalf of our client Mahesh Bhatt, refute the allegations. Such allegations are not only false and defamatory but have serious consequences in law. Allegations against Mahesh Bhatt have also been made by actress Kangana Ranaut, who claimed that he ha had thrown a shoe at her and was a part of the 'Bollywood mafia'. However, she had not filed any official complaint against him. Meanwhile, Luviena had filed a non-cognizable complaint and has also said in her video that if anything happens to her, the blame should fall on Mahesh Bhatt and Sumit Sabharwal.
