Manav Kaul To Play Parineeti Chopra's Coach In The Saina Nehwal Biopic

The Saina Nehwal Biopic has been undergoing major changes. With Shraddha Kapoor quitting the film, it would take time for Saina to go on floors. Parineeti Chopra has already been roped in to play the titular role, but she would take time to learn the game to be able to do justice to the shuttler's biopic. Now, we have learnt that another actor has joined the cast and that it is none other than Manav Kaul.

Manav has been roped in to Parineeti's coach in the film. The character will draw inspiration from all of Saina's coaches who had been a source of inspiration in her life. “Amole and his team felt that Manav would suit the role. He has begun prep and the research for his role. The film is expected to go on floors in October," a source close to the film revealed to Mumbai Mirror.

Parineeti's prep is also going on in full swing. The actress had revealed that she wakes up as early as 5am everyday and practices Badminton every alternate day for two hours. In fact, she would be practicing for nine months straight to be able to do justice to Saina Nehwal.

Manav Kaul was earlier seen playing Vidya Balan's slice-of-life film, Tumhari Sulu. He also played a small role in Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Badla and was last seen in Albert Pinto Ki Gussa Kyu Aata Hai?
