Mayday: After Rakul Preet Singh, Angira Dhar Joins Ajay Devgn And Amitabh Bachchan In The Film

Ajay Devgn might be busy shooting for Bhuj: The Pride of India in Hyderabad, but that is not deterring him to sign new films. In fact, after he wraps up Bhuj and before he begins with the shoot for Maidan, Ajay would be acting, and directing, a film called Mayday. He would be sharing screen with Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh and essay the role of a pilot! Now, a new member has joined the cast.

We are talking about Angira Dhar, who has earlier been seen in films like Love Per Square Foot and Commando 3. she is the new actor to come on board for Mayday. according to a report in Mid Day, she would play a lawyer in the film. In fact, Angira has herself confirmed the news and told the daily, "[I am] thrilled and excited to share the screen with the true legends of our film industry - Amitabh and Ajay sir. Mayday is going to be one hell of a ride. Can't wait to be directed by Mr Devgn himself!"

Angira Dhar had made her debut with Bang Baaja Baaraat opposite Ali Fazal. Isn't this a great news. Ajay Devgn is currently busy shooting for Bhuj. After he wraps it, he will begin shooting Mayday in Hyderabad itself. The film will also be shot in Mumbai.
