Mimi Teaser: Kriti Sanon shares a glimpse of her pregnancy journey; reveals when trailer will be out

After a long wait, the beautiful and very talented Kriti Sanon finally announced that her much anticipated film Mimi will release in July. Along with the announcement she shared a motion poster in which she has her arm around a big question mark, which looks like a baby bump, and her mouth is open in shock. The actress wrote: “This July, expect the extraordinary from the ordinary! ✨ Stay tuned. ??????#Mimi.” Directed by Laxman Utekar, the drama film is being backed by Dinesh Vijan under his banner Maddock Films.

Well much to our delight, Kriti shared a teaser of Mimi today which gave us small glimpses of her pregnancy journey all the way from week 12 to week 40. This time, the post featured a pregnant Kriti in her various moods along with her co-actors Pankaj Tripathi, Sai Tamhankar, Supriya Pathak and Manoj Pahwa. Revealing when the trailer will be out in the caption, she shared: "It’s nothing like what you’re expecting!? Delivering the #Mimi trailer on 13th JULY, #Tuesday! Beyondddd Thrilled!! ????? For the uninitiated, Mimi is loosely based on the Marathi film Mala Aai Vhhaychy! It followed the story of a woman who agrees to be a surrogate for a foreigner. Kriti will be playing the role of a surrogate in the Hindi remake.
