Mother's Day 2021: Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor Remember Mom Sridevi, Share Precious Childhood Memories With 'The Best'

On Mother’s Day Bollywood celebrities showered their affections on their moms and shared several social media posts dedicated to their mothers. Actress Janhvi Kapoor and her sister Khushi Kapoor too remembered their mother, Sridevi, reliving special memories through old pictures.

Janhvi shared a series of pictures and fondly remembered the late actress. She simply captioned this Mother’s Day special post, ‘My Mumma’ and it featured pictures of Janhvi as a baby in her mother’s arms standing with Boney Kapoor. She also posted a solo picture of Sridevi and also a one of the late star’s childhood with Janhvi’s grandparents.

Khushi too shared two throwback photos from her childhood where she can be seen sitting Sridevi’s lap while a little Janhvi sat close beside them. She captioned her post, “Happy Mother’s Day to the best.”

Designer Manish Malhotra who was a close friend of Sridevi showered love on both Janhvi and Khushi’s Mother’s Day posts and posted a bunch of hearts in the comments. He also wrote, “I truly miss her,” under Janhvi’s post.

Both Janhvi and Khushi were extremely close to their mother. Sridevi passed away in 2018, months before Janhvi Kapoor’s debut film Dhadak released in theatres in July.
