    On Mother’s Day actress Kangana Ranaut penned a long note dedicated to her mother. The actress took to Instagram and shared an old black and white picture of her mother where she looks uncannily similar to the actress.

    Kangana spoke fondly of her mother’s love and affection from the time when she had left home to pursue a career in acting. She has often mentioned how her choices after leaving home did not see a lot of support from home and how it led to a turbulent relationship with her father.

     Referring to the phase in her post the Queen actress wrote, “When I left home did not expect the world to go dark suddenly, occasionally called home papa asked so many questions siblings had their own doubts but whenever you spoke, you anxiously asked only one thing,” What did you eat beta? Who is cooking for you? Where you get your food from ?” Mom that always moved me to tears.”

    Talking about looking to her mother in her low phases in life Kangana added, “In the moments of despair I reminded myself no matter what happens there is one person who will always love me and that gave me immense strength to fight and build my own destiny Mother. I love you so much.”

    Wishing her mother with the post, Kangana signed off writing ‘Yours Chotu’.

    The actress tested positive for Covid-19 recently and is currently in quarantine at home.
