    Mumbai Crime Branch Summons Badshah Again, After Discrepancies In His Statement Related To Fake Social Media Followers

    Everyone wants to get some sort of validation in the social media space. Nowadays, the more the followers on Instagram, more popular you are. And the marketing teams of various Bollywood artists and PR personnel hired for publicising films and songs take this factor into account.  Singers, actors, production houses, pay millions to get those huge numbers on social media, views on YouTube videos so on and so forth. 

    Rapper Badshah recently got embroiled in a similar muck after Mumbai Police discovered that he had purchased fake views for his popular songs on YouTube. Well, ‘Yeh Ladki Pagal Hai’ was one song that he has admitted to buy fake views for.  

    According to the Mumbai police officials, the rapper paid a whopping Rs.72 lakh for 7.2 crore fake views to set a new record for most YouTube views.   

    And now, the latest is, Badshah has yet again been summoned by the Mumbai police crime branch after they found discrepancies in the statement that he recorded earlier with the police officials.
