Nach Baliye 9 Couple Shantanu Maheshwari And Nityami Shirke Part Ways, Latter Says ‘We’re Better Off As Friends'

Shantanu Maheshwari and Nityami Shirke had met on the sets of a show and the duo had fallen in love while working together, They also participated in Nach Baliye last year and during the show, it was reported, they were faking the relationship. While they clarified that they are  very much together, the duo seem to have actually moved separate ways now. In fact, they are calling each other good friends.

It was during an interaction with Bombay Times, Nityami shared details about their relationship and how they moved on after the reality show. Nityami stated, "Shantanu and I started dating around April 2019, while we were shooting for the promos of a web series. During Nach Baliye, we were getting to know each other. Being on the show helped us bond because we dealt with a lot, during those five months. Nothing ever went wrong with our relationship. It’s just that we realised that we are better off as friends. We called it quits in February this year. However, he is still very much a part of my life and a good friend. And, we prefer it that way."
