Nawazuddin Siddiqui Is Yet To Respond To Wife Aaliya’s Legal Notice, Reveals The Latter’s Lawyer

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and wife Aaliya are heading for a divorce. The first legal notice had been sent to the actor almost two weeks back and was a hush-hush matter. However, after it came under the spotlight, the events have taken an ugly turn. In fact, Nawazuddin is yet to respond to the notice he received from Aaliya’s lawyer, and that would actually determine what actions would be taken!

Talking about the same, Aaliya’s lawyer Abhay Sahni said that they have been waiting for the response from Nawazuddin Siddiqui. He revealed that the notice was sent via WhatsApp due to the ongoing lockdown back on May 7^th. He said, “We will have to see the situation because the situation throughout the country is very difficult. Depending on whatever the situation calls for, we will take action appropriately.” He also added that with interstate borders closed, they would not travel. Nawazuddin is right now in his hometown in Budhana with his ailing mother.

Aaliya had revealed that there have been serious problems in their marriage and that there isn’t any scope for reconciliation. It was also rumoured that she has been dating someone. Aaliya joined Twitter and took to the social media site to dismiss these rumours and reveal truth and facts! Aaliya and Nawaz have two children together- daughter Shora and son Yaani and the former has sought their sole custody.
