NCB accuses Aryan Khan of being a regular consumer of drugs, star kid to remain in jail till 20 Oct as court delays bail order

Aryan Khan’s bail hearing continued in the special NDPS session court for the second day today. The star kid remains in judicial custody for nearly two weeks now and during the bail hearing, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh appearing on behalf of the Narcotics Control Bureau has said opposing Aryan’s bail that the star kid is a regular consumer of banned drugs.

The allegation was based on the WhatsApp chats investigated by the agency and their interrogation. It was also alleged that the contraband seized from Arbaaz Merchant during the cruise raid was meant to be shared between him and Aryan.

While allegations of international drug trafficking were also brought up by the NCB, Aryan’s lawyer Amit Desai dismissed these saying that claim was ‘absurd and false’. Aryan’s lawyers have maintained that he wasn’t even at the rave party held on the cruise ship and that no drugs were found on him. References to Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty’s case also made where the NCB pointed out that Aryan’s case was similar. The star kid’s lawyer however said that Showik was granted bail as the court observed he didn’t consume drugs but simply brought and supplied them to Sushant Singh rajput.

Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Arbaaz and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail order has now been reserved by Judge VV Patil till October 20 when the next hearing will take place in the case.
