NCB To Summon Actors In Karan Johar’s Party Video After Re-Examining It: Reports

As the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is currently investigating the drugs angle linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, several new areas of suspicion have emerged in the probe. Currently, the alleged Bollywood drug nexus is on the NCB’s radar. The agency has interrogated Bollywood actresses including Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Rakul Preet Singh among others in the SSR case reports and now it looks they might dig deeper.

Now, as per the latest reports by Times Now, The Narcotics Control Bureau may re-examine the video posted by filmmaker Karan Johar from his 2019 house party, as the video grabbed a lot of attention and it was said that the actors present in the party allegedly consumed drugs. Reportedly, NCB is likely to summon and interrogate the celebs who were there at the party which included names like Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and others.

However, no stipulated timeframe has been given for the issue of summons in this viral video case. It states that the NCB will be recording the statements of the actors either via mail or through their respective lawyers.

Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar so far has claimed that no drugs were consumed at his party.

Meanwhile, SAD leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa has reacted to the decision of re-examining the video made by NCB and stated, “I don't understand the need to re-examine this video. There is a forensic report saying this video is authentic.”

Recently, this viral video of KJo’s party came into the news after Manjinder Singh filed a complaint with the NCB and also personally met with the senior officials, asking them to investigate. He had also stated that the Bollywood celebs are setting a wrong example for the youth.
